107 graduates received their qualifications during the annual CPA conferring ceremony which took place last Saturday 5th December in Croke Park.
Cenit College has the pleasure to announce that two students received prizes for 1st in Ireland at the CPA Professional 2 level.
The students excelled in Professional 2 Level, Advanced Auditing and Advanced Corporate Reporting – subjects taught by Colm Foley who offered guidance and support throughout the course and exam time. Colm has had multiple prizewinners over the past number of years, a testament to his own dedication and hard work.
The ceremony took place in Croke Park, where attendees were addressed by CPA Ireland President Brian Purcell.
“This is a great time to become a CPA accountant. You are entering the profession at a time of recovery in Ireland, a recovery which is firmly taking root. This brighter future brings opportunities and challenges; opportunities to expertly manage the finances of businesses and add strategic value and challenges to continuously adapt to new developments and areas of expertise” he said.
CPA Ireland also confirmed that 100% of the 107 newly qualified accountants are currently in employment.
