With more than 25 years of leadership and business development experience, Therese brings extensive expertise in organisational development, workforce capability and employer engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of sectors, helping organisations strengthen leadership, develop talent and build learning cultures that support long-term growth.

In her role, Therese will work closely with employers and partners to develop tailored training solutions that address workforce skills needs and support organisational success. Her experience in leadership development, quality improvement and strategic partnerships will help further strengthen Cenit College’s employer engagement and commercial training offering.
