Employability programme pathways

Our QQI Level 5 Introduction to Employment Support programme is launching soon in 2026.

This accredited programme supports organisations delivering employability and activation services and is designed for those working in, or aspiring to, employment support and advisory roles.

We also offer a suite of short, focused employability programmes designed to support individuals who are preparing to enter, re-enter, or progress in the labour market. 

These programmes can be delivered as self-directed online modules, or instructor-led workshops, depending on organisational or project needs.

Current programmes include: 

  • CV Development 
  • Writing Effective Cover Letters 
  • Interview Preparation 
  • Developing an Elevator Pitch 
  • Identifying Transferable Skills 
  • LinkedIn Introduction 

These programmes are flexible, repeatable, and suitable for delivery across multiple cohorts or locations. They can be used as standalone interventions or integrated into wider employability, activation, bootcamp, or skills programmes. 

As employment markets evolve, this suite will be regularly reviewed and expanded to ensure ongoing relevance and alignment with employer expectations.
