Cenit College offers one-to-one and group coaching as an add-on to all of our leadership programmes. Training develops knowledge and skills. Coaching embeds them. It provides structured support to ensure learning translates into measurable behavioural change in the workplace.

Flexible Coaching Options
- 1 session – clarity, reset or post-training support
- 3 sessions – implementation and accountability
- 6 sessions – structured behavioural development
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and include clear contracting at the beginning to define scope, expectations and outcomes.
Individual and Group Coaching
Through our coaching panel approach, Cenit matches the right coach to the right leader at the right stage of development, ensuring focused, practical and sustainable leadership growth.
Group coaching is also available and can be tailored to organisational needs, whether focused on Leading Self, Leading Others or Leading Strategically.
Confidential, Structured and Outcome-Focused
Coaching conversations are confidential. Where coaching is employer-sponsored, Cenit provides a high-level summary report outlining:
- The leadership pillar addressed
- Key development themes
- Progress against agreed objectives
This protects individual confidentiality while ensuring organisational visibility and return on investment.
